      Product details
      Tungsten rods and tungsten bars enjoy a wide range of applications thanks to their excellent properties. For example, tungsten rods and tungsten bars can be used as heat conductors, additives, crankshafts, cylinder barrels for automobiles, parts of heat-resistant steel, and electrodes. In addition, high-purity tungsten rods can also be used in guns, rockets, satellites, airplanes, ships, etc.

      Tungsten bar is also called tungsten alloy bar. Tungsten alloy bar (WMoNiFe) and Anviloy 1150 are made of metal powder at a specific high temperature, using special high-temperature powder metallurgy technology. In this way, the thermal expansion coefficient of tungsten alloy bar material is low, thermal conductivity is good and material properties are good. At high temperatures, tungsten alloy bar acts as a material with high melting point and low thermal expansion coefficient. The addition of tungsten alloy elements improves machinability, toughness and welding. The performance of the material is based on the manufacturing of tungsten alloy bar to eliminate the problems associated with heat treatment of other tool materials.

      1. Electrical and Electronics: Used as electrodes in welding applications due to their high melting point and excellent conductivity.Employed as high-voltage electrical contacts in electrical discharge machining (EDM) and electrical switches.

      2. Aerospace: Utilized in aerospace components such as balance weights, counterweights, and control surfaces due to their high density and strength-to-weight ratio.

      3. Medical: Found in radiation shielding applications, including X-ray equipment and radiotherapy machines, due to tungsten's ability to attenuate radiation.

      4. Manufacturing: Used as tooling material for machining, milling, and drilling applications where high-density materials with exceptional hardness and wear resistance are required.

      5. Defense: Employed in armor-piercing projectiles and kinetic energy penetrators for military applications due to tungsten's density and hardness.

      6. Sports Equipment: Utilized in darts, fishing weights, and golf club heads due to tungsten's high density, allowing for compact and precise designs.

      7. Chemical Industry: Found in chemical processing equipment such as crucibles, reaction vessels, and sputtering targets due to tungsten's resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
