      The BJSJ ASTM B348 Grade 1 Titanium Anode Rod is a premium corrosion-resistant solution designed to protect water boilers and heaters from rust and scale buildup. Manufactured by BJSJ, this anode rod is made from high-purity Grade 1 titanium, ensuring superior durability and performance in various water heating systems. It serves as a long-lasting alternative to traditional magnesium and aluminum anodes, making it ideal for use in both residential and commercial applications.  

       

      General description of titanium anode rods 

      Material: GR1 titanium

      Product size: Φ 3.0*340mm /  Φ 3.0 * 490mm/ Φ 3.0 * 370mm or according to the requirements of the customer's drawings.

      Executive standards: ASTM B348

      Temperature range:<60 ℃

      Coating material: RuO2+X or IrO2+X

       

      Working principle

      The working principle of titanium anode rod is cathodic protection, including changing the potential difference. On the surface of the protected storage tank, the enamel becomes an oxygen reduction (metal oxidation) phenomenon, and the corrosion phenomenon stops. It is made of titanium to ensure that the anode will not dissolve like the magnesium anode.

      Unlike the magnesium anode, which needs to be replaced every two years, the installation time of titanium anode is at least ten years.
